Kevin is an accomplished Individual with a diverse background in athletics and fitness. Kevin Allen has earned Collegiate Track All American awards in the 100 meters, 200 meters, and 4 x 100 meters. Also with a successful tenure as an NFL sports performance offseason trainer, he has contributed to a High School Football state championship victory as the Head Football Coach. Additionally, as a girls track coach, he has guided his team to a couple of district championships along with regional and State appearances in the exhilarating 4x400 relay amongst other events. With over 25 years of experience as a Sports Coach and Sports Performance/fitness trainer, He has empowered individuals to achieve their athletic and health goals. Passionate, dedicated, and results-driven, he continue to inspire and motivate others on their sports performance/fitness journeys.
Ahmani Green is a highly skilled health and wellness coach specializing in full-body, one-on-one, group training and has an educational background in psychology and social work advocacy . In her late teenage years Ahmani became a state medalist holder in the 200-meter dash, she brings 5+ years of track experience to our team . She has expertise in lower body H.I.I.T circuit training and a passion for transforming lives by making them a trusted partner in achieving optimal health and fitness.
I am Shalynn Harris, Founder/CEO of Helping Hearts and Lives Heal Counseling and
Life Coaching . I obtained my bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in
psychology and English from Bellevue University. I later obtained a dual master’s
degree in Mental Health and Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2009. I have worked in Mental health and Children /Family Services for over 25 years. I am
currently a Mental health social worker, Mental health Counselor, and Certified
Life Coach. While establishing my educational foundation, I realized I had a passion and purpose to work with men, women, and children to inspire, impact, and
empower them to be the best version of themselves. I currently work with the
severely and persistent mentally ill assisting them with maintaining a stable life
day-to-day.
Her professional experience has been extended further, where she previously worked at a Forestridge Elementary and Middle school providing counseling support, guidance lessons and academic instructions for next steps. Additionally supporting the Dean and Director at Charles R. Drew, Mervyn M. Dymally School of Nursing, as the Program Coordinator for the Family Nurse Practitioner Program (FNP) and the Entry Level Mast of Science in Nursing Program (ELM). Next steps are to elevate her personal nutrition experience with obtaining a certification as a nutrition coach to support youth athletes as they seek to enhance their overall fitness goals with mindful eating habits.Her education experience has allowed her to obtain her Master of Education in School Counseling with a completed degree of a BA in Psychology from Grand Canyon University. Even though her current focus is supporting organizations that have a student center goal, she is constantly and consistently gaining knowledge on the way to pursue her dream of building a center that caters to both the Mind and body through healthy movement and mindful eating. “The longest journey begins with the first step”.

Ms. Blakney, a foster parent who has cared for 12 children and adopted four, is an appointed member of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) in Texas. She aims to enhance the foster care system through innovative recommendations. With a psychology degree from Rutgers University and a master's in organizational development from the University of Phoenix, she began her career as an Epidemiologist at the CDC, combatting disease spread. She then transitioned to working as a social worker investigating child abuse allegations for the Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) in New Jersey for over a decade to eventually become the CEO and founder of Building Future Families (BFF) in order to give a voice to the concerns of foster/adoptive parents.
Lisa has spent the over a decade on the manage care organizational side of healthcare. She has been responsible for ensuring the Physical Health provider network and now the Behavioral Health network is robust with diverse specialties and accessible to meet the medical and mental health needs of communities.
Her passion to bridge the gap between physical and mental health and that connection to movement led her to start group fitness instructing in 2019. What she noticed in clients was that in addition to improved stamina, with consistent participation in physical activity, clients gained confidence, expressed an increased ability to cope with life’s nuances, and had an overall positive outlook on living. Through curated routines, Lisa encourages clients to take charge of their health by offering an accessible pathway to achieving their physical health goals that can also support improvements in mental wellbeing.
Michelle Stanton, a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the payer analysis sector, specializes in managing care accounts receivable. She has honed her skills at a leading corporation, showcasing an exemplary commitment to her craft. Outside her rigorous professional life, Michelle maintains a robust fitness regimen and is an avid photography enthusiast. Her love for the great outdoors often merges with her photography passion. A community pillar, she regularly volunteers at her local food bank multiple times a month. Ahman green is an American former football running back who played 12 seasons in the National Football League. Mr.Green has been inducted into the Hall of Fame recognizing him for his remarkable career as a professional football player. Mr. Green has also had experience in track & field during his early athletic career , he managed to have one of the top fastest times in he 100-meter- dash.
Demetrius Allen currently serves as head of Parks and Recreation with the City of Norfolk VA. He earned earned multiple awards such as All State High School QB, All ACC Wide Receiver at the University of Virginia, and inducted into his High School Hall of Fame.
Milton Williams is an American football defensive tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League. He played college football at Louisiana Tech and was drafted by the Eagles in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
